  • Technical Information

Rostek Climbing Monorails are designed to carry suspended access equipment according to EN1808, RS127 and RS137. Tracks can be bent to the horizontal and vertical directions and in 3-dimensional shape - they can even climb on a vertical surface. This makes the Rostek Climbing Monorail ideal for modern buildings - even the most complex facade and architectural design is not a challenge for the Roslift system.

HOW IT IS USED

Rostek climbing monorail system is designed to carry suspended access equipment and can be used where it is not practical to have the rail system on one horizontal plane. This could be on the outside of a building or inside an atrium.

HOW IT WORKS

RS127 and RS137 tracks can be bent in a horizontal and vertical direction and in a 3-dimensional shape.

Roslift 35 is a light and small 1-monitor monorail trolley designed for inclined tracks. It is designed to carry suspended access equipment according to EN1808. The trolley is moved by controls inside the cradle and is equipped with two suspension points, one for the suspension wire and one for the safety wire. Roslift35 can be driven vertically (90degrees) without load. The trolley has been designed and tested according to EN1808.

Roslift400 is part of the patented monorail system for inclined tracks. It is designed to carry suspended access equipment along inclined track lines according to EN1808. The trolley will be moved by controls inside the cradle and is equipped with two suspension points, one for the suspension wire and one for the safety wire. Roslift400 can be driven vertically (90degree) with a full load. The trolley has been designed and tested according to EN1808.

All of the exposed materials in the system have been specified as naturally corrosion-resistant, or have been coated with sacrificial coatings to prevent oxidization of the base material. It is important to consider that in some environments the system may need to be cleaned to gain the best possible life expectancy from the materials.

WARRANTY

Rostek grants a warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers; defects in material, defects in workmanship, and anti-corrosion coating defects.
